Privacy Policy

DraftHoops ("we", "us") is an independent, fan-made basketball drafting game. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to drafthoops.com and nbadraftbattle.web.app (the same site).

How we use it

Advertising

DraftHoops may show ads served by Google AdSense and similar advertising partners. These partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent before any personalized advertising cookies are set.

You can see and adjust how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com, learn more about Google's use of advertising cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, or opt out of interest-based ads industry-wide at aboutads.info/choices.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run DraftHoops — currently Google/Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, analytics) and, once introduced, Google AdSense (advertising) — solely to provide and improve the game.

Your choices

Children's privacy

DraftHoops is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, when advertising goes live). We'll update the date at the top when we do.
