DraftHoops is made by one person, so every message goes to an actual human who reads it. There is no support queue and no ticket number. Replies are usually quick, but a slow week happens.
The fastest way: in the game
The Report a bug / idea button at the bottom of the main menu is the best route for anything about the game itself. It sends the report straight through, and it is the one channel checked most often.
Use this for anything about your account or your data, including deleting your account, or for anything you would rather not post publicly.
Discord
The DraftHoops Discord is the place for talking about drafts, arguing about prices, and finding someone to play. It is also the quickest way to get a second opinion on whether a player is actually mispriced or whether you simply lost.

Updates and occasional nonsense go out on @PlayDraftHoops.
What is genuinely useful to send
- A player who feels badly priced. This is the single most useful thing you can report. Say who, which season, what the game charged, and what you would have expected. Pricing is derived from the data rather than hand-set, so a consistent complaint usually points at something real.
- A bug. What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If it happened in a specific mode or on a specific screen, say which.
- A result that looked wrong. A series where the box score did not match what the rosters should have produced is worth knowing about.
- Ideas. Plenty of what is in the game started as somebody's suggestion.
Before you write in
The FAQ covers the questions that come up most, including why a player costs what they cost and where the data comes from. The How to Play guide explains the budget, minutes and matchup rules in full.
